This authentication system was originally established more than twenty years ago and has been continuously implemented and refined ever since. In addition, for pieces produced in earlier years, the process of documentation and certification is currently being completed to ensure that all works are covered under a unified and comprehensive verification system.

All Ashkiyoun pieces are authentic hand-knotted carpets, each accompanied by an official and exclusive identification certificate. This certificate is not merely a technical document, but the identity record of the artwork itself — detailing materials, weaving techniques, knot structure, production information, and the artistic positioning of each rug within the broader Ashkiyoun universe.

Ashkiyoun’s authentication system stands among the most reliable mechanisms for distinguishing original works from copied or imitated pieces. Each certificate is officially stamped, and its unique serial number is discreetly woven into the structure of the rug — creating a direct link between document and artwork, ensuring full traceability and verification of authenticity.
